Time table Shuttle bus Service line

We are pleased to provide you with the shuttle bus schedule for transportation between the designated hotels and the Willem Alexander Rowing Course on July 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, 2024.
Please be aware that the shuttle service operates on a limited schedule, so it is crucial to pay close attention to the posted times. We recommend planning your trips accordingly to ensure timely arrival at your destination.

Additionally, there will be a shuttle service from the Venue to Rotterdam Willem Alexander Station, from where you can travel into the city of Rotterdam. This service will operate on the afternoon of July 5, as well as on July 6 and 7. The specific timetable for this shuttle service will be available at the rowing course.

If you happen to miss your shuttle and are unable to wait for the next one, we kindly request that you make alternative arrangements yourself to ensure you arrive at the venue on time.

In the event that a large number of people are waiting at the pick-up location, athletes who have upcoming races will be given priority for boarding the shuttle buses. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in giving precedence to those competing.

On the day of arrival, we will have an official arrival committee at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to help guide you to the correct pick-up location.The committee will be there from 9:00 to 15:00, and from 15:30 to 19:30. You can find them at the central meeting point in the arrival hall of Schiphol. You can recognize them by the FISU signs and colours.

Should an emergency situation arise where there are too many individuals at the pick-up location and no subsequent bus is available, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance at +31636529081 (preferably by text or Whatsapp message, please only call in very urgent cases). Our team is here to help ensure that everyone reaches their destination safely and efficiently.
